Rasmuson Library public computers are intended for research and educational purposes. Online catalogs, article databases, full-text resources, and scholarly websites are available to all library users on all non-library-staff computers in the library, without need for a password. Access to the open Internet* is available to UAF students, UAF faculty, and UAF and UA Statewide staff via their passwords on all non- library-staff computers, and to the general public on a limited number of designated non-login computers on Level 4. The following guidelines apply to use of all student and public use computers at the library.
Use of library computers is subject to applicable UA, UAF and Rasmuson Library policies. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the loss of Rasmuson Library privileges and access to library computers, as well as university disciplinary action and/or legal action.
