News & Events: Interlibrary Loan Requests Placed Before January 1, 2021 to be Deleted from ILLiad

To help ensure patron privacy, the Interlibrary Loan Office will delete finished interlibrary loan requests that were placed in the Rasmuson Library Interlibrary Loan System (ILLiad) before January 1, 2021. Requests will be deleted from our system on or after Friday, August 22.

If you do not need a record of your past interlibrary loan requests or you have no requests from before 2021, no action needs to be taken. Requests placed after January 1, 2021 will not be affected and will still be viewable through the ILLiad web pages. Users will also be able to continue to use ILLiad as normal.

If you would like to save any information about your request history, please log in to the ILLiad web page with your UA username and password.

After logging in to ILLiad, select History in the menu tab, then select Completed Requests to see requests sorted by date descending.

Clicking on the Details button next to request will show all of the information for a particular request.
