Accessing your Library Account to see what materials you have checked out
To see what materials you have checked out and when they are due:
Your Goldmine Account
After logging into your Goldmine account you can:
- see what library materials you have checked out and see when they are due
- renew your materials
- change your Goldmine pin number
- change your address
To log into your Goldmine account you'll need the barcode number on the back of your Polar Express ID and your library issued pin number. If you don't have a pin number, bring your library card to the Rasmuson Circulation desk, or call (907) 474-7481.
Blocks on your Account
If you are unable to log on and view your Goldmine account, it may be that your account has been "blocked" or "barred." There could be several reasons for this:
