All current dues paying UA alumni may use the university libraries on all campuses. Alumni who live in Fairbanks can acquire a Noel Wien Public Library Card and use that to check out materials at Rasmuson and BioScience Libraries. You will need to visit us to change your record from your Polar Express card number to the Public Library card number.

This request form is a service for distance delivery education students only. You must be registered in a course or employed through the University of Alaska Fairbanks system to apply for a library card. If you need help filling out this form, please call 1-800-478-5348 (Alaska) or (907) 474-5348.

First-Time Library Users: If you've never checked out materials from Rasmuson/BioSciences, you'll need to complete a library registration form. All cards require periodic updating by the library.
