Registration for First Time Users

If you have never checked out material from the Rasmuson or BioSciences library, you'll need to download and complete a registration forms (see below). Bring the form AND your library card (e.g., Polar Express ID, FNSB library card) to the Rasmuson or BioSciences Circulation Desk. Registration forms for:
