All current dues paying UA alumni may use the university libraries on all campuses. Alumni who live in Fairbanks can acquire a Noel Wien Public Library Card and use that to check out materials at Rasmuson and BioScience Libraries. You will need to visit us to change your record from your Polar Express card number to the Public Library card number.

We're sorry, but Alumni cannot check out media equipment, unless they have another UAF affiliation (guest scholar, visiting faculty, etc.)

Access to many reference sources is available through the Rasmuson Library website. Some sources with a padlock are available only to faculty, staff and students when they are off campus. You may use these resources on campus in person, however. You may also use the Statewide Library Electronic Doorway at http://sled.alaska.edu.
