UAF students, staff, and faculty can now enter the library to pick out or to return their own materials, accessing the library by PolarExpress card.

Public library patrons can again place holds on our materials through the public library's catalog. Items can be picked up at the Noel Wien Library or the North Pole Branch.

University patrons who are reluctant to enter the library can still check materials out by appointment. Set an appointment to pick up items.

November EndNote Trainings

EndNoteRasmuson Library is sponsoring two online EndNote trainings in November.

The first​ ​class​, "EndNote for U. Alaska",​​ ​is ​on ​Tues. Nov. 7th from 1​:00​pm-2:30pm

​"This class will cover the most commonly used functions in EndNote, showing how to import references from online databases and use them in a Microsoft Word document with Cite While You Write. It also covers using EndNote Sync to synchronize references between desktop and online libraries.​"​

​The ​second​ ​class​, "EndNote Advanced Q&A" ​is ​on ​Thurs. Nov. ​16th ​and starts at 1:00pm

"This will be an advanced question and answer session for EndNote. ​"​
