Information about library usernames and passwords.

My password doesn't work when I try to access journals from off-campus. How can I reset it? I can get into ILLiad, but can't access the periodical databases.

To access our journals from off-campus, you'll need to use your UAF Email username/password. This is the same username/password you use to access your UAF Webmail account. If you've forgotten your UAF Email username/password, you'll need to contact the OIT Help Desk at (907) 450-8300 or (800) 478-8226.

Your ILLiad username/password is not tied to your UAF Email account, and ILLiad passwords don't expire. Your UAF Email password probably expired. To have it reset call the OIT Help Desk.
