EndNote is a commercially available software program, available for Windows and Macintosh, used to manage bibliographic citations. UAF has an EndNote license that faculty, students, and staff can use. To download Endnote, go to the OIT Download Site (note, UAF authentication required).
Note: You must be on campus or connected via the UAF VPN to download EndNote.
The university's site license for EndNote includes free training and free technical support for all users, all through the EndNote website. There are video tutorials on this website, and a toll-free number for getting one-on-one help. Toll-free tech support: 800-336-4474.
If you prefer a class format, webinars offered are provided by an experienced EndNote trainer and all you need is a computer and telephone to attend. You can sign up for a webinar on the same EndNote website.
