You may book equipment in any one of the following ways:

• Call the Media Equipment desk at (907) 474-7072.
• Send e-mail to fymedia@uaf.edu. (24 hour notice, please)
• Search for and reserve equipment online.
• Visit the Media Equipment Desk in person. We are located on the 4th floor of the Rasmuson Library.

You must have a Polar Express card to check out equipment or keys and it must be presented at the time of checkout—no exceptions! You may not borrow another person’s card—you must have your own Polar Express card with you when you check out. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue equipment checkout privileges to any patron who returns equipment late. All library privileges will be blocked while equipment is long overdue (more than 7 days). Please don’t be late with equipment—other patrons may be waiting!
