- Graduate Study Carrels: Library study carrels are available to graduate students based on carrel availability and your statement of need. Carrels are located on levels 5 and 6 of Rasmuson Library, require a $25 refundable deposit, and may be used for a maximum of one year. Inquire with Rasmuson Library circulation staff for details. 474-7481.
- All Hours Study Room and Computer Lab: Rasmuson Library offers a 23-hour study space and computer lab located on the main entry floor of the building and is open during regular library hours. For added security when the library is closed access to the all hours study requires a valid Polar Express ID.
- Group Study Rooms and Quiet Study Floors: Rasmuson Library has several group study rooms available for student use. Rooms may be reserved or used on a first-come/first-served basis (inquire at the circulation desk). Several floors of the library are also designated quiet study areas (Levels 2, 5 and 6).
- Student Employment: Are you interested in working part-time? The Rasmuson Library hires up to 40 students for jobs in Circulation, Media, Interlibrary Loan, Alaska and Polar Regions, and Government Documents. There are also jobs at the BioSciences Library.
